It's a shame that howser's appointment is only temporary. The guy seems like he should be about as capable as gilthunder overall. Perhaps that only applies to his powers and gilthunder would be the more capable decision maker though. I am not so sure I get the part about hendricksen's group.... My guess is that they mean denzel's group because wayeo and deathpierce are the only ones around who might be qualified to be GHKs. Gowther was imprisoned? why? That sounds completely arbitrary.... I wonder how fraudrin's death affected him. Soo. king and diane just reuinited? What the hell happened a month ago? My guess is that its going to be something stupid like king deciding he had to return to the fairy kings forest immediately and left diane behind without clearing things up with her. Or matrona had diane do something like that. Hopefully their needlessly extended drama comes to an end, they make up (out) and we get to the fights. Maybe king being honest to diane is what triggers his wings appearing and he then goes on to kick gloxinia's ass. I do wonder what sort of power king has right now though. When he first used the release he got to about 11k. The second time we saw it he went toe to toe with one of gloxinia's techniques but he also had trouble sustaining the release. I am guessing that PL wise he would have needed a substantial increase in power over the 11k we saw. I am guessing he actually got to 20k at that point but even that is not enough to use the full power of the tree.
